Can anyone help me.. my microsd card was encryted on my Samsung Galaxy A71. but when I want to decrypt it.. the button for decrypt is not activated... I can't recover now my files on my microsd card. Those pictures and videos are all important to me...
I copied my pictures and videos on my laptop but since it is encrypted.. it won't open... can anyone please help me....
Yes I could have decrypted it on the settings also but the decrypt button is not activated..I don't know why it is not enabled that is why I can't click/tap it.....
I don't know what to do.. all my files are so important...
maybe you can or you may know someone how to decrypt even using a computer....
