Flip 4 turning off

Hi all,

I'm having issues with my flip 4....it turns off when I close it.... If it's plugged in to a charger, it doesn't turn off when I close it... Not sure if it's a hardware or software issue.... Any body had the same experience?

i had a similar issue with my flip 3, i suggest going to customer service for the issue so that they can inspect your phone properly

Bring it to a Samsung Service Center to have it checked.

I had the same issue before. When I googled, they said it's faulty battery for the the cover screen. But when I brought it to authorized service center, they said they have to replace the whole screen. Hope you still got warranty.
