I bought a samsung tv with a free disney+ promo but I haven't claimed the promo yet. The customer representative at the store said that I have a maximum of 3 months before the redemptiom expires. FYI I bought the tv last March 3, 2024 and claimed tried to claim it June 1, 2024 and it says "the promotion you are trying to access has either not started or already ended"
P.S. I didn't claim it immediately because I was on a yearly Disney+ subscription plan and it was not expiring any time soon when I bought the tv.
