Today I discovered from Samsung Support Team that TV The Frame 55" that i purchased from a shop in Seremban town. They send me used display units without my notice. Where to complaint got cheated!

Honestly, you should complain this to the shop where you bought your TV. Samsung has no control on this.

OMG this is a scam. They should mention that the product is the display unit (the price will be much lower normally and has no warranty).
