I have purchased a Samsung S24 on Monday ( 30/6/2025) ... but till today in my " My Orders" it says " you do not have any items in your order ".
I'm confused 
I'm frustrated 
It's a birthday present for my daughter....
Any one can enlighten me on what is happening ? 
My bank record shows that the payment has been released on the same day as I check out the item from Samsung shop .

please chat the customer service inside the app. my experience was that they needed to trigger the system to reflect on buyer's orders profile

Thanks for the reply .. it's seems that there's some problem between Samsung shope and IPAY88.. .
At my end IPAY88 has released the payment to Samsung ... not sure what's the delay on Samsung side
