It should be their internal error for enter wrong serial code (yours). They cancelled it and you seen this.

Unfortunately, there have been issues with my recent purchase, resulting in the cancellation of my order from the Samsung shop. My intention was to purchase an S24 for my daughter, marking my first experience with the Samsung shop. This has unfortunately led to complications.

Consequently, I am now unable to procure the phone for her within the desired timeframe.

Perhaps, as my wife suggested, a purchase through Shopee would have been a more efficient option.

I had anticipated a more seamless and reliable experience, expecting a genuine product and offer when purchasing directly from the Samsung shop. Regrettably, this has not been the case.
