Not many users know this, but Samsung Careline is one of the most underrated services we have as Galaxy users. I bet many still aren't aware of this hidden gem.
So here's my experience and why I think more people should know about it.

Samsung Careline is a dedicated working-hour customer support service, available all year round. What makes it so special is their ability to remotely troubleshoot our devices using the Smart Tutor app (with our full consent, of course.)
Even when they’re controlling your phone remotely, you can see everything on screen. They’re very respectful of user privacy. They won't touch sensitive areas like your Gallery or Account Settings without permission.

The convenience is top-notch. No need to leave home. Plus, the support quality is excellent. They explain everything clearly, even if you're not tech-savvy. The call is also FREE. It doesn’t even use your credit.
