I have a couple of problems with my Samsung galaxy buds 3 pro
1 there is a high hissing noise when removing one of the buds
2 the neck stretch reminder calibration constantly fails so can't use thet feature
3 every time I unlock my connected phone (Samsung galaxy a53) and every time I open or close an app the audio stream goes silent for a few seconds which is very annoying when listening to music or audio books because even though the audio keeps playing there is no sound
The buds have the latest updates available installed so that is not the problem
for your number 2 problem try with other Galaxy phone, buds 3 pro is too premium to use its feature for A53, use something like S23/S24 regular or higher to test out this feature
for your number 3 problem, try to turn off separate sound from settings
from number 1 problem, well it's hardware related issue, yep must be checked by service center, but from what i know that hissing coming from ANC being turn off when you take off one of your buds, temporal solution might be turn off ANC completely and use Ambient mode instead but i know you won't do that
