Hello Tarver0470,

Thank you for letting us know about the issue with the sound you've been hearing from your Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 Classic when rotating its bezel.

Really understand what your going through as you're really depends on your Samsung Galaxy Watch to get back to your workout or your work, with a twist of a bezel.

To begin with, your Samsung Galaxy 4 Classic has a physical rotating bezel instead of the digital bezel, giving you even more one-handed freedom and convenience when using your watch. Bezel interactions allow you to interact with the watch interface without needing your finger to scroll, accept or reject calls, zoom in or out, and more.

Following are some basic steps to troubleshoot in order to identify what's behind the sound your device's bezel is making.

1) Ensure that your Galaxy Watch 4 device is up-to-date with the latest software updates.

Settings > About Watch > Software updates > Download and install > Follow on-screen notifications/messages.

2) Check if there's a visible particle i.e. dust, dirt, that impedes bezel rotation by cleaning and wiping it dry. Try to rotate one more time.

3) Check and rectify for your Galaxy 4 Classic settings.

Settings > Turn Bezel to Wake

Settings > Show Media Controls
