Google Messages "Setting Up" RCS

Hey, all!

Just switched from Samsung Messages to Google Messages yesterday, around 6 PM and have been trying to configure how this "Setting up" status on the app. I wanna try RCS with a friend using an iPhone but can't bc of this. 

My RCS was just fine when I was in Samsung Messages. But now this won't work.

Any fixes?

I have been dealing with the same issue for almost 3 weeks now and J have tried all of the solutions online but i can't still use RCS
