Great Inconvenience: Samsung Shop PH Slow to Correct Its Own Mistake

Disclaimer: This is a bit of a Rant.

Following up on my earlier post about Samsung Shop PH sending the wrong bundled item. They sent me a Keyboard Trio 500 instead of the Book Cover Keyboard for Tab S8 Ultra. And if you have an S8 Ultra you know how important a case and a keyboard are for such a huge tab.

I filed my Incident Report the hour I received the Wrong Item. Called the Agent on the #425299 Hotline and sent all the things they asked for. I did this all a week ago and have gotten no real answer from shop_ph@samsung.com 

All they keep telling me is "It has been escalated" , "We are still investigating" or " Sorry sir, we are following up". 

I didn't pay almost 70k of my hard earned money to get the wrong item and for such horrible service afterwards. 

 
Has anyone else had this experience? How long before they resolved the issue? And did they offer ant recompense?

This is what I received.

Someone wasn't doing their job correctly. As far as I can tell, there are no existing promos where these 2 items are bundled.

This really should not take more than a week to rectify.
