SupportI browse through the community chat. It appears to be a common issue happening around the same period after recent samsung update.
Thanks for offering free lcd replacement BUT still wanna charge labour for the replacement. I'd still need to spend time to make a trip down to service centre. Haiz.
Wouldn't the lines appear again if I get a Samsung S25? Now I am having second thoughts to continue with Samsung...

SupportI tried contacted them via the Samsung chat but after 1hrs of asking tons of questions, the final conclusion is to they will help me reserve a slot to bring the phone down for their technician to check with a upfront fee of $32.70 for evaluation + $21.80 for labour.
When ask if the evaluation do not show any external damage will I get a free replacement and they say it will depend on the technician and cant commit anything. That's over $50 dollar just to check the phone and high likely after that they will ask for another $400 for the LCD replacement.
I search around and notice the same issue is still appearing on their latest S25. With these kind of handling method from samsung I'm really looking to switch to iPhone. I really loose my confidence in Samsung 🔥🔥🔥
