I distrust samsung already. I wonder i will buy s24 ultra in future unless samsung officially address tgis issue globally.

Just installed the April security update on my wife's S21+ and when it restarted, it had the green line. Soft reset or starting in safe mode didn't help. Customer Support said "sorry, out of warranty...". Tried the "Email the CEO", only received an offer of a discounted repair. Sorry Samsung, you damaged the phone, you are 100% liable for the repair.

How come after update my phone got line issues, the customer services easily tell me that go to Samsung services centre n change your screen n the cost will be RM 1000plus, its not our issues by the way after updating only I'm facing this. Samsung u have to solve this
