wow ... i login today ... and search using GREEN LINE as the key search ... sort them with date ... apparently still a lot a lot of us ( even from MALAYSIA ALONE ) ... facing the same issues .. and these posts were quite recent as well !! .... some of these involved recently launched model such as S24 !!! ...
seems that the quality control issue is a little out of control ...
i have been leaving with the LINE for half a year ... consulted SAMSUNG CARE .. advised to change the screen .. but it is certainly illogical cost !! ...
anyway ... SAMSUNG .. hope you really can do a little further for this group of impacted customers ... i am pretty sure u didn't wish to have this bad publicity brewing big !!

Supportthat's so lucky of you ... i tried so many donkey x ... still couldn't get it ... i believe yours could be software ... mine confirmed hardware problem ... replacing the LCD screen is RM1,400, the phone is working perfectly .. but right now market value is only RM900 ... why should i replace the screen isn't it ?

SupportYes, it is real, at least for me, bcoz I just collected my Note 20 5G from 1 Utama service centre.
Paid only RM80 screen replacement due to vertical line.
It appeared after the December 2023 security patch update.
I sent it to the service centre on 3/2/24, and it took a month to complete the repair due to waiting for the ordered parts.
It's worth the wait, new screen now with 3 months warranty.
Kudos to the service centre staff for the help!
