Hello guys! Anyone experienced or experiencing same issue with our phones? We, my partner, bought our Note 20 ultra December of 2020. Just last month mine started to have one green line while scrolling on facebook. Then after 2 days became 2 lines and after a week became 3 green lines. Been in samsung center but unfortunately they did not cover the damage. They said LCD should be change and demanding 15,000 pesos plus for the repair. I already said everything like i think it was not my fault, maybe it was their software update so why i need to pay for the repair. Ending i did not let them to repair it. Then just yesterday my partner NOTE 20 ULTRA also got this green line while watching netflix on his phone. We were so shocked. Wow!! I am sure now that it was on their software fault. My GOD SAMSUNG!! please fix this problem and shoulder customer's repair for your error!! Worst unit ever!! I have my IPHONE for 4 years, every parts and system are still working. No problem at all. We regret buying Samsung brand. Never ever!!!

Same, bigla nalang din nagkaroon ng vertical green line. Ang weird lang kasi almost the same spot ung nakita ko pag nag google search ka at sa youtube. Hindi siya coincidence.

I'm having the same problem with my Note 20 Ultra bought last Dec. 2020. After a software update may green line na, then after 2 weeks may pink line na naman, fast forward to today, apat na, 2 green and 2 lines. Went to samsung service center and they are asking P 21,000 to replace the screen. I thought I was only the one having this issue. I hope samsung acknowledges as a defect in their manufacturing process and do something about it.

Hello po!!! Had the same issue with my Note20 ultra bought thru globe plan last oct 3 2020..sa akin naman green or white screen lahat di mo makita talaga..mine started on aug 19, went to samsung service center in ayala center cebu last aug 23 sabi nila i reprogram/reset factory settig muna phone ko..ok sya for 6 days..until now po aug 28 around 11 pm bumalik..nag turn off ako..ok sya after ko mag on..bumalik uli past 12 midnight until now literal whole scree white minsan green..ano po update sa mga units nyo po!!!

Walang update po. Unless ipapapalit ko ng lcd and magbabayad ako ng 15k plus. Sabi kase doon wala pa amg note 20 ultra sa list ng may record na tulad nitong green line. Puro S series lang ang dumating daw na memo sa kanila. Pero kahit nasa memo di naman din nila ishoshoulder ang repair. Nagbibigay lang daw ng discount. Nakakagigil na Samsung na to, scammer ang datingan. Ang mahal ng unit then pag ma2 years na nagkakaGreen line na.

Im having the same problem now with my note 20 ultra bought nov 2020, two days ago as i was browsing the internet a green vertical line appeared on the left side of my screen from top to bottom.

Hello! The same is happening to me right now, I looked it up and found this thread. Exactly today po, 6 September 2022 at 12:41 PM nag-appear yung green vertical line on the right side (near the camera) of my screen. My unit was bought last August/September 2020 po. Called customer service to let them know of my problem and they instructed me to do a hard restart/restart to safe mode first before referring me to their Service center na sa Megamall since the green line did not disappear.  Instructed me to schedule an appointment via the Samsung Members app since may discount din daw sa total na babayaran if ipapakita na via the app daw po nag-sched.

Same issue with my Note 20 Ultra. Will try to go to service center this saturday to have it check. Nakaka disappoint.

Yes i think they do that in purpose to get money from their loyal customers. People end up changing brand. Samsung should be sued on this. Thousands oglf people are affected by this issue. Almost all samsung s20 s20+ series and note 20 ultra are having same issues. They should be sued

Samsung you should pay for this. You have been abusive to your customers. From the discoloration/tint issue to flickering and now green line. What the **bleep**???? And these phones are very vety expensive but full of **bleep**
