HELP!!! Forgot password for Secure folder is not working

HELP!!!

Im about to be locked out of my secure folder app. 1 attempt left. I have been trying to change my secure folder password through the forgot password link on the app. But it's not working. It does not redirect to the reset password screen or to the log in to samsung account screen. 

I already sent 3 error reports for this but samsung has not gotten back to me.

Before you try out the recommendations below, be sure to check if your device's software and related apps are updated to the latest version. To update your mobile device's software, follow these steps:
 
Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.
 
Step 2. Tap on Download and install.
 
Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
 
Step 4. Reset your device.
 
Update your Samsung Account Settings Account Recovery Methods.
 
Step 1. Go to Settings.
 
Step 2. Navigate to Samsung account.
 
Step 3. Go to Security and privacy.
 
Step 4. Account recovery methods.
 
Step 5. Confirm your account by sending your either text or email, and after that, you should be able to reset your Secure Folder password.

I have the latest software update and also have a confirmed samsung accout under recovery methods. Everything is set up properly but i still cant acess the reset password.
