Is there any way to only change the colour of Quick panel circles?

Really bad as white is too bright for me.
And I dont want to change my wallpaper just to change the colour of a few circles. (I haven't changed my wallpaper after the update btw, it's just the default blue replaced with white)Screenshot_20231104_173142_Wallpaper and style.jpgScreenshot_20231104_173201_Wallpaper and style.jpg

There isnt a colour palette which changes *only* Quick panel circles.

I dont want to change the colour of other native Samsung appsScreenshot_20231104_184735_Wallpaper and style.jpgScreenshot_20231104_184746_Wallpaper and style.jpg
