How do I change the colour from white back to blue?
Go to Setting and select the wallpaper and style 
Is there any way to only change the colour of Quick panel circles?
Really bad as white is too bright for me.
And I dont want to change my wallpaper just to change the colour of a few circles. (I haven't changed my wallpaper after the update btw, it's just the default blue replaced with white)

There isnt a colour palette which changes *only* Quick panel circles.

There isn't a selection under Wallpaper or Basic colours which only changes white to blue
