How to completely remove unused computer from the "Link To Windows" app?

I have tried just about everything.. ai have A71, S24, and A55... 

I tried removing the a71 phone from the old computer, that is fine.. but in the app on phone, it only gives me option to disconnect and not to remove.. 

I tried connecting again, trying to remove, simply couldn't find a way.

now I am setting up a55, and immediate after logging in to my hotmail account, I could see that my old device is listed here again as disconnected, but again no remove option.. any help will be appreciated.

it's tiring to see samsung pushing a solution with no proper exit options.. especially when this app is a system app and we could not uninstall it from the phone, not without ADB or more tech savvy option.
