If you would like to redirect phone calls to another number, you can make use of the Call forwarding feature on your Galaxy phone. This useful feature allows you to transfer incoming calls to another number if the line is busy, unanswered or unreachable. You can also simply forward all calls to another number.
Step 1. Open your Phone app.
Step 2. Under the Keypad tab, tap on the More options icon.
Step 3. Select Settings.
Step 4. Tap on Supplementary services > Call forwarding
Step 5. Select how you want to forward your calls and enter the phone number you would like to forward calls to and tap Enable.
