My phone came from service center for repair so maybe thats why.

No thanks, check this app on galaxy store. People there complained that this app brought malware to their phones. Security issues indeed.

You may try below to fix this apps issue.

Go To Settings > Apps > Click On Three Bars > Show System Apps Then Ok > Search Device Security App
Clear Cache And Data
Then Scan Phone Again
