Im trying to edit a document using pdf escape unfortunately the keypad is not visible. Please help. Thanks

Hello nhengxx,

Thanks for letting us know your difficulty finding the keypad on your beloved Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G while trying to edit a document using PDFescape.

Before you try out the recommendations below, be sure to check if your device's software and related apps (PDFescape) are updated to the latest version. To update your mobile device's software, follow these steps:

 
Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.
Step 2. Tap on Download and install.
Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
Step 4. Restart your device.
 

Please ensure that the PDFescape editor is enabled and keypad is visible otherwise follow below step-by-step instructions.

Step1. Navigate to Settings.

Step 2. Then tap General management.

Step 3. Tap Keyboard list and default.

Step 4. Then tap Default keyboard.

 

If that doesn't fix the problem, you may submit an error report through the Samsung Members app as follows:

 

Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.

Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.

Step 3. Select Symptom category "Application".

Step 4. Describe the problem in details and SEND.
