Keys Cafe not working?

How will I get this to work? 

I have goodlock, keys cafe and theme park. 

I want my keyboard to be this neat. 

I still have this layout, far from how I've styled it in keys cafe. 

No effects too! :(

KeyCafe wont apply effects on Hong-Kong  China, Vietnam Variant. It's restricted with Samsung, and ik yes it's stupid af.

Paying same price with less functionality 🥲
