I got a free access to Lionsgateplay from my ISP but unfortunately it is not available on samsung Tv app. 😥

Hello jack_frost,

If you are having difficulty locating the Lionsgate Play on your Samsung TV app, you can follow the step-by-step instructions below.

A) First, ensure that your Samsung TV is up-to-date.

Step 1. Check the TV Software/Firmware version under Settings.

Step 2. Choose Support.

Step 3. Select About This TV from the options.

Step 4. Check Software version and follow on-screen instructions.

Note : Updating from the Internet requires an active & strong Internet connection.

B) Update / Install available Apps on your Samsung TV.

Step 1. Press the Home button to open up the TV's Home screen menu.

Step 2. Navigate to APPS, and then select the Settings icon in the top right corner.

Step 3. Next, navigate to Auto update.

Step 4. Make sure it is selected to automatically update all of your apps whenever updates are available.

C) Or you can browse and download/install the Lionsgate Play apps through Smart Hub.

To install applications, you have to go through Smart Hub. You can go on Samsung Apps and in news or recommended go to the search magnifier and type the name of the application you wish to download.

My current firmware and smart tv version says it is updated yet if i search for lionsgate app, still it is not available. Is this really available at all or not?
