One of our member here said that his Media Output feature is not working/responding for some reason. Mine's working though. Any clue on what's going?

Hello johngear,

Already solved by one of our dear Samsung member here, jamesrred.

Below is the acceptable resolution.

A) Settings > Apps > and Show System Apps by clicking the Filter Drop down > and search for Media and Devices > Battery > Set it to "Unrestricted"

B) Then try clicking your Media Output again.

Really appreciate it bro but unfortunately i had been dealing with this issue for quite some time now and i don't the reason why. Isang beses ko lang talaga nagamit ang feature na'to when suddenly i tried connecting two BT devices before and a pop up tips appeared recommending dual audio then got to use it and liked it. When i tried to use it again it wont allow me anymore and don't know why.

I'm sorry to hear that bro. Do try checking other A52 users if they're experiencing the same thing or if it's an isolated issue.

If some software features are not responding, sometimes a restart is all that's needed! Hope Jay-Sparks finds a fix for his issue.

Sorry but its not working for me. I tried restarting my device many many times and tweaked the settings as much as i could but with no avail. I also tried reaching out to your chat support but they seem to not know the fix either. So sad

So far nothing worked from the recommended workarounds. I think I will stop dealing with and leave to samsung nalang cguro kung ano talaga ang nangyayari. Galaxy A52 LTE user here.
