Misleading Order Date and Unknown Status of Delivery for Pre Order S24 Ultra

Ordered the S24 Ultra last January 19. The order says that I'd get the delivery by January 29. I've been in contact with Consegnia for the past 4 days and they've moved my delivery date from January 30 to 31.

On January 31 I received a text that my order would be delivered and anticipated it the whole day moving my schedule around. At the end of the day I check the tracking and it says that package was returned to the South Hub.

Today, February 1 there was no attempt at delivery and Consegnia has gone radio silent on communications.

Any help would be appreciated @samsung

Same here mine its says Rescheduled by Customer, but they have not contacted me nor they have arrived on my location. "A Liar is a brother to a theif."
