MOA Branch - Urgent Repair meets Awesome Staff and Technician

Last time I posted here, I was discouraged after my phone at that time encountered problems. Aside from that, the service centers I visited in my locality were not friendly. I felt left out.

My experience at the Samsung Service Center at MOA was a different story. It was past 8:00 PM on a Sunday when I urgently visited the service center at SM Mall of Asia. I was in a hurry because my phone had accidentally gotten wet at noon. I noticed some moisture in the camera, and I lost the touch function of my phone (S24 Ultra). I narrated the story to the staff. The technician came out and explained to me the possible problems and complications that could occur if we did this or that. I felt informed and they were also responsive. They accepted my unit and told me to come back after 30 minutes. Lo and behold, the unit was fixed. The technician told me that he was able to salvage the phone and explained what caused the problem and probable next steps.

After that encounter, I realized that it was the people who made that big technical problem of mine lighter. Imagine the anxiety of having to deal with losing all your data on a phone you heavily invested in. The customer service staff and the technician did the appeasing and the fixing excellently.

I hope Samsung improves its support generally. I also hope they clarify the features of the phone and explicitly state any weak links in a phone like the S24 Ultra. Ultimately, hoping for the giant tech company to invest on their support mechanism, ESPECIALLY on the betterment of their staff.
