My S21 dive on ocean water for a second and it display error on sim and then later the screen turns green and flickering. I tried to push volume down and power to force shut off, later I opened the back to remove the battery. After 2 to 3 days without touching it, I tried to connect the battery and turned it on for a second to check the display, it was ok, but I didn't try to turn on all the way.

What should I do? Do I need to go to service center to clean the device from salt water?

Hi bodlat25! We highly suggest you take your Galaxy S21 to the nearest service center to have it repaired. However, please do remember that salt water is much more damaging than any other type, so there's a slim chance that your device will go back to its 100% normal state.

You can find the nearest service center to you here: http://spr.ly/SCLocator-SM 📍

We also made it easy for you to book your appointment! You may do so directly from the Support tab on your Samsung Members app, or if you're from Metro Manila, you can have it picked up*!

To book your pickup, you may call the following numbers:

#GALAXY or #425299 [Mobile Phones & Tablets]
1-800-10-7267864 [All Product, Toll Free, PLDT]
1-800-8-7267864 [All Product, Toll Free, Globe]
84222111 [All Product, Landline]

*Galaxy pickup is free ONLY for flagship devices. Service fee applies to other models and varies per service center.
