My s22 from smart plan relocked after it has fully paid?

Why my device s22 ultra 5g became unlock year after it was unlock? It was unlock before days after the 24 month contract has ended. And after months it is now locked again. The KG in recovery became active again.. what to do? The smart CS seems useless since they don't know what to do.. I called them again and again and still got the same answer that my phone was already unlocked. Can someone help me. :(

That must be incredibly frustrating, especially after thinking the issue was already resolved. For now, you can check if your device's firmware is updated or perform a network reset to rule out any software issues. Hopefully, your carrier can take a closer look and provide a more thorough solution soon.

I've already performed the basic troubleshooting steps and even factory reset the phone, but nothing changed. The carrier's customer service insists that they have already unlocked it. Therefore, I was able to use it for months.

I am in my province right now, and I am afraid that they will not accommodate my concern since all I have now is my phone, given that the device is already two years old. Can you check my IMEI so I would know if this device is already locked, as per what Smart CS says? I'll forward this conversation if necessary.
The IMEI is 350272255143886.

I just called customer service, and they told me that the security update might be the cause because they said they've already unlocked my phone, which makes sense. I'm feeling hopeless now. What should I do

Don't call them. Go to any Smart Store and bring any non-Smart SIM. Try it in front of them and get it resolved right there and then.

Just went to smart, just to got a same response. And they said it was beyond their capacity since the device was all cleared.. :( I gave up

No update regarding this? The smart network didn't claim that the problem was on their side. They keep reminding me that once the network is unlocked, it will never be relocked.
