My s22 from smart plan relocked after it has fully paid?

Why my device s22 ultra 5g became unlock year after it was unlock? It was unlock before days after the 24 month contract has ended. And after months it is now locked again. The KG in recovery became active again.. what to do? The smart CS seems useless since they don't know what to do.. I called them again and again and still got the same answer that my phone was already unlocked. Can someone help me. :(

That’s frustrating, Kyatsume. Since there’s a history of unlocking, it should mean your purchase is legitimate and you should be able to unlock again. It might help to clarify that point again with the network provider!

Yes. But after countless requests for them to check, I received only the same answer: they already unlocked it, there is no reason for it to be relocked, and that's according to the agent. How could they unlock a phone that is already unlocked on their system?

That’s a tough situation! 😕  Have you tried asking for a supervisor or a higher level of support? They might be able to clarify what’s going on and help resolve the issue.
