I am on Galaxy Note 9, and got the May 1 security update in June. After this update thr Quick settings panel disappeared after switching display resolution. Only reappears after restart. So every time change display resolution using power saving mode or otherwise, the panel dissapears with all the tiles. Only notifications remain on pull down. This happening only after latest update.
