Official Samsung Lazada Mall / OR / Sales Invoice

Hi all.

Anyone else who bought a phone (or anything else really) from Samsung's Lazada store? Did they include a sales invoice or Official Receipt with your item and if not, were you able to request for one (and how long did it take)?

As for me, bought my phone in October last year and until now, I don't have a physical proof of purchase for it as I was not sent one. The CS agents of Samsung in Lazada (are unprofessional and unhelpful tbqh) told me before I purchased that it will be sent to my email address within 72 hours of receipt of item. It's been three months.

Contacted them today again and was told Lazada would be providing me the invoice in my email address so I went to check this with Lazada and the agent I spoke to told me it's the seller issuing the invoice and I should coordinate directly with them. Basically wasted a good hour today trying to resolve this. IDK where to go from here honestly.

At Samsung service centers, will a screenshot or showing them your purchase history on the Lazada app suffice as proof of warranty/purchase? 


Anyone else who encountered the same issue and how was it resolved? Will appreciate any info. Thanks.

Allow me to help you by going through the online seller app, go to the product page, and locating your order details page, then clicking Chat with Seller (Chat Now). From there, you can ask for a copy of receipt or sales invoice and instruct them to send it to you by any means necessary.

Already apoke to the samaung website CS earlier today but they couldn’t help me and redirected me back to Lazada. I have aaked for a copy of the receipt/sales invoice from the seller (aka the Samsung Official Mall in Lazada) but as previously mentioned, they're not very helpful (and usually replies with an irrelevant answer to one's question LOL). They asked for my email address and I've provided it (nevermind the fact that I've entered this information exactly for this purpose when I checked out the phone) to them; they only said that I should check my email from "time to time" as Lazada will be sending the invoice (as per Lazada they're not sending the invoice, the seller is). Idk if anything is going to come out from that but at this point, I've exhausted all means to get a copy of this sales invoice/O.R. if I didn't get it a month into me receiving the phone, then what more 3-4 months? 🙃

bro, did you get a reciept, i having the same problem with lazada invoice not being accepted for warranty

Only got a sales invoice from Lazada (after more back and forth with them and samsung lazada cs. 3mos after). No receipt from samsung nor lazada.
