This one is a very serious one. My phone screen turns black. Dalawang beses na 'to nangyari and sobrang random. I'm not even using it nung nagblack screen. Alam kong naka-on s'ya kasi pinagcall ko kapatid ko sa phone ko and nagriring naman at nagvivibrate, so meaning nakaopen sya but the screen is black. I'm clicking and long pressing the power button and nothing happens. I even press the area where the fingerprint sensor is pero di s'ya umiilaw. Until nagrestart sya. You can see naman sa attached photo. This instance is second time na nangyari.
First time na nagyari ito ay same lang but kusa naman bumukas at hindi siya nag-restart.
