Order Delay????

Tagal na ng order pero Pending Order parin. Tried to call Samsung Warehouse pero wala pa silang na receive na item. Tried to call Customer Service sabi mag expedite/escalate yung issue. Ano kaya mga possible issue bat hindi pa na checkout? Sana meron compensation kasi it causes delay for the intended purpose🙄

Matagal talaga pag online kahit saan man store online, focuse na lang sa gawain muna.

Same issue. Dont know what is happening and been calling them everyday. My supposed delivery date was january 5, 2026

Kakatapos lang tumawag ako sa Customer Service nila, wala parin update yung Online Team sabi within today Monday, meron mag reach out from my email doon sa Online Team regarding online order

Lagi din sinasabi sakin yan. Post ako dito kapag may update din sakin. Pasuyo po if ever magkaron ng update sayo.
