Paid fonts missing after change to new samsung device

I dunno, whenever I change to new device of samsung, the font that I already paid, gone. And I need to search new one and to pay for new one. Is there any method for me can keep my paid fonts from missing again?

By right, if you use the same email address for your google account, you should be able to have the same paid apps in your new phone.
