Tried buying a TValong with using my points. . But after waiting for a week for the schedulded delivery date I was told that it was not the yet processed. So frustrated with the service I cancelled. Weeks after countless follow up, 7000 points are still in limbo. Very frustration. They were quick to take your money but to slow to return it.
Anyone have the same problem?
