SupportI pre-ordered an S24 ultra last Jan. 18, 2024 for trade in. The posted delivery date on your website is January 29. However, your courier's tracking website isn't going anywhere. It's still at the same place! No calls, no updates, no messages about my order! I've read so many bad reviews about Consegnia. My order is still not delivered as of now, I hope it will not reach a week or more to receive my order. Tried your live chat to ask for an update, and your live chat doesn't even work! Please do something about this!

SupportAny updates on this??? It's already past its delivery date stated on your website. First it was Jan. 27, then moved to Jan. 29. Now it is with consegnia but is stuck on their hub with no updates whatsoever??

SupportSame with me. My order should have arrived on Jan 29 and the status is still On The Way. Live Chat is always full so I can't get in. Right now it's already closed even at 4:30pm. Your live chat should be till 6pm correct?
I just need to know when is the estimated arrival time (***) of my order because I may not be at home when it arrives.
