Problem with Remote Control

I have a Samsung QE55S90CATXXU

I have had repeatedly problems with the remote control.

It kept saying on screen remote needs charging. The moment I connected it to a USB it said charged and would work. The moment I disconnected it the message on the screen was the remote needs charging and it would not work.

I had the remote replaced and the same thing has happened

Please help this is intensely annoying

Try consult the remote connection samsung inside my profile has that function and you call samsung hotline .
