Be active in the community and you will level up your Samsung Members account. 😊

You only move up here in Samsung Members, you may be a Beginner Level 4 back then, you moved ranks and now you're Active Level 1.

You can't go back to being a beginner. You were Beginner Level 4 but now, you're Active Level 1.
