"Starred on Android" missing in OneUI 4

Where can I find the option to set custom ringer for all contacts that I starred (added as favourites) in Samsung contacts app?

It was in "starred on android" before OneUI 4 update. And I used to be able to even set a custom notification sound for SMS back in galaxy S7 edge.. 

Would they remove the contact app next? 

Ahahahaha..

Maybe I'm just ignorant so please if someone knows how to find it, thanks.
