I am on Globe Postpaid and it's working for me. My fam is in Smart and TNT, and also has RCS enabled.

Google Messages. It says "setting up," and the phone number is trying to verify. It is setting up and verifying like forever. 😂

Rcs on globe for me isn't working. It says not supported now. After 2 months saying "trying to verify". I'm guessing this is a globe issue.
