Bought my S23 Ultra last May 15 with a promised freebie Galaxy buds 2 pro. Until now its pending shipping and it's getting annoying at this point. Chose the Ultra over 14 promax because of that freebie but it's staring to look like a scam.

Still nothing. You promised a lead time of 30 days which is already ridiculous. How hard is it to ship a product? It's been more than 30 days since this was approved and it's still pending. Absolutely outrageous. You shouldn't promise on something you have no intention of delivering. Deeply regret switching to Samsung. What a shame. What a scam.
