S21 FE vertical lines after updates 29 oct 2023

My old folk accidentally updated his S21 FE and Vertical lines appeared. 

Updated on 29 Oct 23, phone is just a year plus old phone and in very good condition. Can samsung please advise and assist please. Thank you

😲! So much risk in Samsung sw upgrading. My family member has a similar experience with Flip 3. Trade-in cos no more warranty -$140. Heart pain. Thinking hard whether to continue with this brand. ？怕怕 !

I had 1 green vertical line on my FE S21 too which I intended to sell off after getting a Z Flip 5.
Tried every possible solution from Google, didn't help at all so sent it to Samsung Service Centre to change the display. It cost about S$2XX, they changed battery for me as well. Guarantee 1 month only.

Happened to my S21 as well, It's quite likely caused by the heat generated when doing the software update, my experience was when I started doing a lot of video calls where the phone always get super hot and eventually the green line form. No solution outside replacing the screen, sadly. Now I kinda try to just baby my phone by taking the case off and putting it near a fan every software update or when doing video call.

I am just from updating mine and it has brought the two lines on the left side.what could be the problem?
