S23 ultra - Home WiFi network not found !!

I'm unable to connect my home WiFi network to S23 ultra( home network not visible in list of available networks). But I can connect with other WiFi network (like office wifi). My other phone which Galaxy S20plus working fine with same WiFi network. Any one facing such issue ?

I'm using Asus Lyra tri-band mesh router.

Hi, have u tried factory resetting it, since it's a brand new phone and the time taken to set up again is much faster. Be sure to backup any latest data.

Yes, I did factory reset.... but still same issue

Hmm.. probably.. do u want to try Smart Tutor? Where u get in touch with a Samsung technician and he/she will remote into ur phone screen, upon u granting access with an access code provided. If this is not working, then most likely u have to make a trip down to the service centre to have it inspected.

Yes tried that as well.... even Samsung technician unable to resolve it ..... he say might be router issue.... but interestingly same router work fine for Samsung s20+ and Google pixel 6pro running latest android version...and all other device as well... so just waiting if Samsung able to fix it by software updates.

If u were to reset the router, it will be troublesome to re-connect back to all the devices. Have u tried using ur S20+ or Google Pixel 6 Pro to hotspot to ur S23U, to see if ur S23U is displaying the hotspot wifi name?

Yes I'm able to connect to hotspot without any issue.... I also tried reseting my router and try to configure it with my S23 ultra.... interestingly it connect to home WiFi after that just for 10min...after that again cannot see my home network.... also I tried to switch on my guest network(working on 2.4ghz) and its working perfectly fine but need to compromise with speed as guest network works only on 2.4ghz for my router.... only problem is connecting with my main network... even I tried toggling between 2.4ghz, 5.1ghz and 5.2ghz bands(as my router support tri-band) but none worked for me.

Seems like a wifi antenna issue in ur S23U. Will need a replacement of it.

If its issue with wifi antenna ....I don't understand why its working fine with other WiFi networks

I believe u are using WiFi 6 at home, but at office, it's using WiFi 5, right?
