Apps I always, always install from scratch. Settings should propagate after you log-in your Samsung account. Make sure you save to Samsung cloud. All I actually transfer are SMS messages and contacts managed by Samsung call recording app

Samsung Switch. I just used it last year for my S24U. All apps including credentials, and phone settings were copied.
