SupportI got my device just last May 2022. The first thing that I noticed that it shuts down and restarts anytime. then came another issues which I could no longer use my phone. The issues are: pdp backup fail setup-wizard finish, its on emergency calls only. and it was phone locked after i was trying out find my mobile. unfortunately for me i forgot my PIN. I have been chatting with customer service, they said that it has been escalated to the technicians and a service engineer will call me. It has been more than 48hrs now that I did not get any calls. we do not have any service center in area so I was really hoping a call would come. But no service engineer from Samsung called.

Can you provide any reference # that the Service Center has provided you? So, we can follow up.
Just make sure that you have an alternative phone number, so our Service Center can call you back along with the valid ID & documents to be available for further verification purposes.

Supporti am not a techie person, but i tried connecting it to my pc and laptop via usb it shows a code 10 error "this device cannot start" and both my pc and lappy usb ports works properly with other devices
