Anybody know what's going on about my Samsung Cloud issue? 
I'm called Samsung Malaysia for Technical support
And also let them Smart Tutor to remotely support also no any idea to solve my problem

Do you have an antivirus app installed? If so, please remove the app and restart your phone.

What SamNoteUser said is true, and also, try to load the Samsung Cloud by using your Mobile data instead of using the Wifi to see if the issue still persists.
