Hi, anyone using note 20 ultra. Are you guys having problem to connect samsung dex to your tv? Mine sometime it can connect but sometime cannot connect, mostly i cannot connect even for screen mirroring

Hi, did you perform any software update recently? Sometimes Software Update might help you to fix the problems you faced.

I always update the software but still can't connect

May I know you commect using wireless or wired connection?

Sorry for late reply, did you try connecting to other device? Not sure is the phone’s software problem or the TV software problem, or do you have any other galaxy smartphone that has Dex Mode feature? Like this we can know which one causing the problem👌

I'm facing the same problem.. I was able to connect dex to TV yesterday but today it show nothing compatible to connect
