You can read through it but they said it's something with the hardware. Some people did a work around but dunno if it permanently fixed it. 😄

SupportHey! 📱🎧 It looks like your Samsung Galaxy A52 is having a bit of a hiccup with your wired earphones and the vibration setting – no worries, we're here to assist you!
Issue 1: Wired Earphone Mic Not Working
-
Check Connection: Ensure that your wired earphones are securely plugged into the headphone jack of your Samsung Galaxy A52.
-
Test on Another Device: To determine if the issue is with your earphones or the phone, try using the earphones on another device. If they work fine there, the problem might be with your phone.
-
Restart Your Phone: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve minor glitches. Restart your Galaxy A52 and then test the earphones again.
-
Check Software Updates:
- Go to "Settings."
- Scroll down and tap on "Software update."
- Tap "Download and install" if an update is available. Software updates often include bug fixes that could address the issue.
Issue 2: Vibration Setting Not Working
-
Check Vibration Settings:
- Open "Settings."
- Scroll down and select "Sound and vibration."
- Tap "Vibration feedback" or similar option.
- Ensure that the vibration setting for notifications is turned on.
-
Adjust Vibration Intensity:
- In the "Vibration feedback" settings, you might have options to adjust vibration intensity. Try changing the intensity level to see if it makes a difference.
-
Restart Your Phone: A simple restart can sometimes restore the vibration function.
Remember to test after each step to see if the issue is resolved.
If the problems persist after trying these steps, it might be worth considering the following:
- Earphone Issue: Test a different pair of earphones on your phone to check if the issue is specific to your current earphones.
- Vibration Issue: If the vibration setting still isn't working, you might want to reach out to Samsung's customer support via Samsung Members app for further assistance.
Remember, troubleshooting can vary based on individual situations, but these steps should give you a good starting point to resolve the issues you're experiencing with your Galaxy A52. 📱🔧🌟
