This isn't my phone, but another person's.

The phone is updated to the latest software, no new apps, no viruses, nothing sketchy has been done to the phone and it's in perfect condition even after 3 years of purchase (only got dropped twice in its whole lifetime)

Phone was updated only a few weeks ago, so I doubt its a software problem.

This happened yesterday morning, 1st problem was that it would restart continuously whenever it connected to the wifi, then it was used today for a couple hours without wifi, suddenly it started restarting itself even without connecting to the wifi. Currently it restarted so many times that it does not want to turn on anymore (any standard procedure to fix the phone with the power button does not work, power button seems to be pointless even with holds and presses)

While researching, I noticed more than 100 people encounter this problem around the whole Samsung community (from the Samsung community itself to even YouTube comments) ranging from 2023 to this year's 2024.

One comment even stated that he had this exact problem and that it was the motherboard, he went to the official Samsung store to get it replaced with a whopping €300, appearantly he came in with an unscratched motherboard, then the employee came to him saying that his motherboard was damaged. Could be a scam, but I don't know much more than what he commented.

My best guess is that it's a hardware problem, since most people have resulted in resetting their whole phone yet failing due to the phone restarting continuously again within 24h.

Assuming you have already tried wiping the cache, wiping data, and performing a factory reset from the recovery menu and the problem still persists, you should have a mobile technician check your device for any hardware-level issues.
