Hey everyone,
My S22 Ultra was purchased a month ago, yet I'm unable to make outgoing calls. I checked the advised troubleshooting in the community and that didn't help:
Here are some of the things that I already did:
- Reset network settings
- Restart device
- Eject sim card and insert a different one
- Contact my carrier
- Check if calls from private numbers are blocked
- Check if call barring and call forwarding
- Check if airplane mode is enabled
Any suggestions? The Support team recommends that I bring it to an authorized center, but I checked the review of BSD International in Mall of Asia Arena, and the reviewer said that the parts used were fake.

Hey there. I was able to fix the issue just this morning by reading other posts in the Samsung Members app. Do you have any idea why outgoing calls cannot be placed on Samsung S22 Ultra when VoLTE calls are enabled?
